From Paper to a Cross & Life

On Palm Sunday, the 3rd -6th grade Sunday School class made a special Easter project out of a single piece of paper. The paper is folded 4 times and then torn from the bottom to the top. Each of the pieces are then unfolded. The largest piece reveals a cross. The rest of the pieces will spell “Life”. This project reminds us that because of Jesus’ death on the cross, we have been given eternal life. The students then arranged and glued their “cross” and “life” on a paper to hang on the wall of the classroom.
