Holy week starts with the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem as the people wave palms and shout Hosanna (God save us). We will celebrate during our morning services.

Thursday, April 2

The English word "Maundy" comes from the Latin "mandatum", which means "commandment." As recorded in John's gospel, on his last night before his betrayal and arrest, Jesus washed the feet of his disciples, shared a meal, and then gave them a new commandment to love one another as he had loved them (John 13:34).

We will celebrate the Lord's Supper together. All are welcome at God's table.

Friday, April 3

7:00PM in The Sanctuary
w/ Pastor Paul Newhall
Through word and music, this service dramatizes the suffering, death, and burial of Jesus Christ.

As the service moves from light into darkness, the diminishing light symbolizes the fading devotion of the apostles as well as the gradual dying of our Lord. 

Sunday, April 5

He is Risen! He is Risen indeed!
Easter will start with a Sonrise service led by our youth at 6:30AM in the prayer garden weather permitting.
Our next service will be at 8:30AM and will be led by the praise team.
There will be activities between services for the kids as well as refreshments.
The last celebration of the day will be at 11:00AM and will feature the chancel choir and bell choir.
