"Spiritual Complacency" - Macomb Wesley UMC Traditional Service

This Sunday, we gathered in worship as Pastor Don delivered the message, "Spiritual Complacency." The memory verse for the morning was Psalm 119:11, reminding us to treasure God’s Word in our hearts. The Gospel lesson from Luke 12:1-12 encouraged us to stay spiritually vigilant and avoid complacency in our faith.

The service featured inspiring musical offerings, including a piano prelude and postlude by Nicolo Echague and an organ offertory by Tim Mealiff. Congregational hymns included "A Mighty Fortress is Our God" and "Take Time To Be Holy." The Sanctuary Choir presented "Flee As A Bird," and the Wesley Ringers shared the handbell anthem "Prelude on Wondrous Love."
